Our Philosophy
As your general contractor, we have the knowledge and experience to help you design, construct, and manage any building project. This family-owned-and-operated business was established in 1993 and has built a reputation in our community for excellent customer service and a truly dedicated staff.

Based in Dillsboro, Indiana, our company started with five employees, including the owners Thomas and Karen Poole. Many years later we have grown and transitioned into a multi-disciplined general contracting firm that employs twenty-five craftsmen year round. The three original employees who started with the business continue to work with Poole Group, Inc. and stand as a testament to the way we operate and do business.
The Next Generation
We are partners with local schools as part of Indiana's Work-Based Learning program. This initiative provides students with invaluable experiential internship opportunities, allowing them to gain hands experience and daily exposure to careers that align with their interests. We're proud to support the next generation as they explore their future paths.
